      Good training, room for advancement, timely reviews goals delivered on time company recognition, not much else to say mgmt. overworked constant change

      Cons

      technology, goals set after instead of before, mgmt. to thin, poor work life qlty. to many measures and continually overloading employees, six sigma some benefit but ultimately leaves people in constant fear of job. Employees very dissatisifed w/ the continual change.

      Occasional micromanagement. Challenging to find good people to be loyal to the agency. Pay on the low end. Benefits limited.
