Pros
Other than the occasional supervisor observations, you are on your own. You manage your work load. Good training program. Opportunities to move about within the company after a few years.
Cons
Farmers uses software and hardware from the 20th century, and it makes being efficient darn near impossible. My opinion is that Farmers doesn't play fair with the body shops - They use their size to their advantage, and the shops have a tendency to let you know it. You are given time on your schedule to take lunch, but you better bring lunch, because if you take your lunch, you'll always be behind.
