Pros

Access to a wide variety of products, no supervision, no upside limitations

Cons

Long process for licensing, long process to be able to sell, and, critically, with 1099 taxation and no benefits considered, an optimistic $150k per year is worse than a stable $95k job in real take-home money for fewer hours and emotional investment. Most FSAs make 5 figures, not $200k plus, especially in the first few years. Communication and points of contact are terrible, with literal months of delays on replies despite weekly emails and calls.
