Pros

Amazing 401K match, good benefits, high-performing employees. Decent work-life balance while remote. Good PTO and time off from work, overall, good company to work for.

Cons

Several managers do not have management skills and cannot train others to move up within the company. The company (leadership) spent more money on expensive tech, which later, within a year, would be thrown out and tried to buy something else.

They give a decent amount of PTO, along with all of the federal holidays off.

Cons

The new CEO has been a disaster. Transparency disappeared when Jeff Dailey moved to the board. Forcing employees back into the office for no reason whatsoever, and without any real justification. The executive team lied through their teeth last year and told everyone they were permanent virtual employees. Response has been ~99% negative but they don't care.
