Petty rules around every little thing. Even the top management has a tough time putting a sentence together. Watching them struggle with their words was torture. These people should never speak in public under any circumstances. The dumbness just flows down from there. Nearly everyone is a manager, which means no one is a manager. A million meetings are held, but nothing ever gets done. Working there means having to do your manager's job for them. If it weren't for disappointment, this company wouldn't exist at all.
