      Pros

      Friendly, hard working people who always go out of their way to help you if you need it. Supportive culture. Career progression opportunities and managers who want to work with you to make sure you are getting the right skills to progress. Ideas are listened to and implemented where possible and appropriate for the business.

      Cons

      None as far as I can tell at the moment - if you're a friendly person with a strong work ethic you will thrive here.

      Pros

      Great work opportunities in multiple sectors, some very good people. Great support and opportunities for Graduates. Managers can be spoken to and willing to hear your issues. Plenty of support and willingness to allow you to change roles and get experience of the whole business (if you are the right candidate with the right aptitude). Work life balance varies greatly by job role.

      Cons

      Work not always close to home but thats Civil Engineering. Pay packages are not always strong in the more senior positions
