      Pros

      FAST is a great company and has created an awesome community of people to both work and hang out with. If i had to rank what the best things about the company are I would probably say: 1. Compensation and benefits are top notch. 2. The people are amazing. 3. The travel opportunities are incredible.

      Cons

      Its definitely a pro and a con but there is no permanence in the life of an IC since you will probably move every other year or so. Which makes life exciting but also can be tiring. But hey they tell you that before you sign up.

      Cons

      +Lots of overtime, especially during rollouts. Its not uncommon to work 60+ hours per pay period. +Not very exciting work

      Pros

      I've never had a job or heard of a friend with a job that does a better job of showing appreciation for its' employees. I'm always digging into new puzzles and challenges. Realistically, so long as I have to have a job, I haven't heard of anything I'd rather be doing.

      Cons

      Moving can be brutal, but as FAST does a great job of hiring wonderful people coworkers make good friends. That being said, developing your hobbies for this job is a great idea, they can be helpful for finding community in new places. Overtime can be a bit overwhelming sometimes, thankfully you can usually tell pretty far in advance when it'll end up happening, at least it's paid overtime.
