      Pros

      Great people, benefits, salary and company. I feel like I make a positive impact on society working for Fast, streamlining and integrating tax solutions. The company is growing quickly and Fast is adjusting to accommodate the changes offering skill training and so many opportunities for personal growth within the company. The best part is working with so many wonderful people.

      Cons

      There are some long hours that people work and that can take a toll over a longer period of time, however, overtime is compensated so that is a nice compromise.

      Pros

      This company is a great company to work with. The employees are great and easy to work with, their is a great relationship with management and employees, the benefits are great.

      Cons

      At this moment, from my perspective their are no downsides to working at Fast, some employees however do feel that relocation is an issue.

      Very young atmosphere, everyone is friendly, engaging, and it is very easy to meet people in a new place. The company consistently shows they care about their employees.

      Cons

      Slow to build a wide knowledge base of the software.
