Hmmm, I don't think this was our consultant. Our focus is on client and consultant satisfaction- not profit! Our margins are 25% below industry standard because we want to pay our consultants well. We have 100% client retention and are typically the #1 rated supplier by our clients.

Reimbursements either parking or tution is awesome .

Cons

Communication was poor and your pay will be low as possible .we don't know how much we are getting from client and paid benefits .Tried contacting them since 6 months about pay hike .But they won't respond ...

Sounds like there is a disconnect. We have multiple points of contact for our consultants so if you aren't hearing back please let our President or CEO know. I will say there are times due to client rate limits that it's not possible to provide a pay increase.
