Fast Switch pays about 70% of the cost of Medical coverage and we wish the cost was lower! Our insurance cost is lower than 75% of companies in the US. In addition, our coverage has some nice benefits including 100% coverage if/when the deductible is met and a MSA that allows you to put in tax free dollars for coverage. We wish we had a solution to lower medical coverage costs. We bid out our plan annually to ensure that our plan is competitive as possible.

Pros

Very good company to work for when it comes to immigration related things. They provide excellent documents if u need to travel or stamping etc.

Cons

Very less opportunities to grow as consultant. PTO are very less and i got 10 days/year which equals my client holidays so i do save nothing on vacation.

We like consultants to grow with us and we offer many training opportunities. Our benefits package is a cafeteria plan- consultants can choose their amount of PTO time. However, there is a cost to PTO time. This is why we offer a flexible benefits plan so that a consultant that wants more PTO can choose that option while others may not be as interested in PTO and can choose less.

Pros

They arrange parties/events which is not really necessary. All they need to do is bring transparency in the billing rate or pay the consultant fair share as he/she is the one adds value to the end product. I have experienced very sweet talk but that is absolutely unnecessary. Making sure people who adds value to end product gets fair chunk of rate is the most important think in the interest of client company and staffing company.

Cons

No growth in terms of bill rate, no transparency in the billing rate. If you are just interested in parties/events they organize & do not worry about billing rate(fair chunk of the rate you deserve) then its definitely good company.
