Pros
Great location, very friendly professional employees. Offer training classes daily on different softwares. Good Benefits. Marketing/Training make this a fun place to work for.
Cons
The department that manages the employment compliance, does not always follow the rules, they expect all managers and employees to follow. They are so busy looking at other employees in the company instead of looking at their own employees in their department not following policies and compliance. For example: Advances to one employee only a couple times a year, then forgiving them when they can not pay them back, just leaves a bad taste in your mouth, when you know it's wrong.
