      Lack of Professionalism. Too many flaws. Hinders income ability. This is a franchise. South Hills.

      Pros

      Family first. No-brainer product. Nothing new/no trade secrets.

      Cons

      Order takers think it's NOT FAIR if a seasoned professional gets the 'big accounts'. "It's not fair" is the motto if a new person, in a new role does well or is treated differently at all. Bait and Switch. Critcism for minorities, gender, disabilities and religion daily. Disgusting, filthy environment where employees are constantly sick. Too many mistakes on orders. Owners afraid to change status quo.

      Relaxed place to work on signs

      Pros

      Manager was understanding. Small Bonus' for good performance. Signs are fun to make if you have good attention to detail. You're not sitting in front of computer all day.

      Cons

      Not many, sign installation can be hard if you need to dig holes to install outdoors post signs etc. If you have good attention to detail this is a fairly relaxed job.
