Pros

FastSpring is the best company I've worked for in Santa Barbara. It's the first job where I am excited to go to work in the morning. It's clear that the leadership team cares about their employees and because of that everyone is happy to be here. There is an amazing work/life balance. Unlimited PTO, snacks, lunches on Wednesday and activities are also a plus.

Cons

Since it's downtown, some people have to park in a commuter lot a couple blocks away.

The office has an all around great vibe. People come in and get their work done. Everyone is open to new ideas. I feel like I can make an impact in FastSpring’s growth because my experience and skills are valued.
