Pros

An amazing company and culture, with an amazing product to boot. The platform does so much, and the sky really is the limit. No micromanagement or "babysitting", everyone is here to do their job, and enjoy doing it.

Cons

Beef jerky, more beef jerky.

Management is transparent, ambitious, and highly invested in the companies success. Casual environment with lots of fun people. Small company means lots of opportunity to work hard and stand out. Coworkers often hang out together and the company sponsors catering once a week. Close to downtown and lots of great restaurants. Good work - life balance here in Santa Barbara.

Cons

Minor politics like any company. No 401K matching.

FastSpring's employees are smart, friendly, and motivated. Company has generous benefits, flexible work arrangements, great vacation policies, and a beautiful office in a really great location.

Cons

Vacation policy is so generous that it ends up causing some confusion.
