-great atmosphere to work in! -fast growing company with a lot of upside -cross-function collaboration is fantastic -awesome team of developers working to create a best-in-class tool -customers love using FastSpring! -great benefits -awesome flexibility with work -extremely smart executive team

Cons

-no downsides, but when working for a smaller company that is growing quickly - transparency and communication from executives down the chain is imperative.

FastSpring is a great place to work! We're located in the heart of Santa Barbara and the location couldn't get any better. My coworkers are friendly and helpful. Leadership is hands-on and very open to testing new things. Not all startups are lucky enough to get here. We are very lucky and we have a lot of work and innovation ahead of us. It's not going to be easy, but it'll definitely be worth it! The CEO is a great guy and very down to earth. Every Tuesday we get lunch delivered and the snacks are great!

-Have the freedom to implement solutions using different technologies that we like. -Everyone plays a big part in the rapidly growing company. -Management is very friendly and open to discussions. -Very flexible hours. -Amazing, fun culture and great people to work with.

Cons

The office may get a bit loud some times, but it helps keep the office alive and energized!
