Pros

Fun, easygoing environment. Downtown location. Great group of people. Everyone is approachable and easy to work with. Kitchen is always stocked with snacks and beverages. Free lunch every Tuesday! Happy hours on Friday.

Cons

Open floor plan can make it hard to concentrate. Current office is divided into two rooms, which makes it feel "segregated" - new office won't be like that, though!

Pros

FastSpring is a great place to work! There's a fun culture, and some of the perks include catered lunches and a fully stocked snack pantry, plus it's downtown. The company is growing, and continues adding new employees, which has been awesome to be a part of. FastSpring is still a small company overall, so everyone's contribution has a meaningful impact, and your work is noticed and appreciated by management.

Cons

This is a fast growing company, so if you're looking for a big company job to be a cog in the machine then FastSpring isn't the place for you.

Fun, smart group of people and the company makes the effort to hire people who are a good fit. Collaborative atmosphere. Nice office in downtown Santa Barbara adds positive energy to the work environment. Growing quickly.

Cons

Open floorplan can be collaborative or distracting depending on the your work style.
