Pros

Good experience, not much micromanagement and a decent amount of freedom while performing work activities. Receive a lot of responsibilities.

Cons

Little pay for what you have to go through out in the field. Crazy expectations from upper management to achieve insane goals.

Pros

Upper management seldom visits the stores. There are many freedoms that other companies do not offer. Getting time off is easy. If you like spreadsheets and playing a 'numbers game' then you'll do fine.

Cons

The company preaches things like integrity, but morals take a back seat to profitability. This statement is true in all aspects of the business. Don't bring attention to this flaw in the system or you will be blacklisted. You will be told that in order to be successful you must 'do whatever it takes' to succeed. In my case, this meant working no less than fifty hours and up to seventy hours per week. It also meant driving my own car instead of a company truck.
