      Company changed for the worse

      • Great engineers working at the company • Good benefits, bonus and pay.

      Cons

      • Management has went downhill fast. • Putting people into impossible situations that later became clear were designed for them to fail. • Backstabbing rampant among certain individuals in the engineering department.

      The only pro is remote work

      Cons

      Pay is the lowest I've ever had for similar roles. Super high contact volume dealing with some of the rudest customers in the industry. The benefits are low, PTO is low. The schedule is terrible. You're expected to work weekends and holidays. You cant step away from your computer for 5 minutes without having multiple people reach out demanding an answer as to why you were not online. Their processes for supporting customer workflows are low level and they do not know how to optimize workflows. Management is non responsive and definitely isnt there to support you. Theyre only there to make sure you pump out metrics every single day. God forbid you miss an unrealistic metric you can be sure they'll then make time for you.
