      The pay was ok. Management and co-workers are friendly

      Cons

      They were micromanaging adherence so much so they would message you if you left to use the bathroom. They also have unrealistic expectations of how long to spend on a customer and CSAT was unrealistic

      Pros

      There really aren't a lot of good reasons to work at Favor in customer service or any other department where you are paid hourly. The only good thing is that HEB does have very good health insurance (trust me, you are going to need mental health services)

      Cons

      Terrible pay and very toxic work culture. Your managers will be people that you have to train who will then turn around and work you to the bone. Performance reviews are biased and designed to deny you promotions/pay increases. Executive team don't care about any of their employees and are just using the company as a piggy bank.
