Pros

Didn't mind the work, hard to get a long with few employees. Supervisors show no respect to throw you under bus to save their own butt

Make sure people with knowledge and initiative are getting credit, not supervisors

Pros

Home time and the benefits. They also set up a 4 0 1k. It was ok but could be better.

Cons

They would not fix the mashings. It was a swet shop. You would cut your hands up and we could not have any water on the floor to keep hydrated.
