Pros

The benefits are decent for what they are worth. Depending on the station you're at, you will work with some great people. It's not all bad, but things can get messy at stations. Just keep to yourself and do your job, you'll be fine

Cons

The company is not represented by the Union, so be aware of that. Also, the company is merging it's departments currently so some stations are set to shut down or cut hours. Getting write ups are easy, and be aware of break code violations.
