      Pros

      never boring, nice people to work with. My person manager works with the team on scheduling which is great. District mamager shows favoritism and is either unable or unwilling to give support when asked. HR is a joke if you have a grievance

      Cons

      High turnover because wages are low compared to skills needed and company expectations. Systems dont work well, computers freeze, making it difficult to work. Management manages from a punitive, negative point of view that creats discontentment in staff.

      Good benefits you meet some great people Co worker's and customer's. It's never a dull day always something different going on.

      Cons

      Over worked lousy management hard to move up unless you are a manager's favorite you have to be an brown noser. Short staffed poorly trained, lack of consistently

      Pros

      No terribly horrible pay. Learn how to pack shipments up properly. Learn how to create and print orders, including signs and banners.

      Cons

      It is the team members responsibility to train management. You don't get paid for your knowledge of operating procedures. Not getting recognition for your talents.
