      Pros

      If you wanted to work the overnight you'd get an extra dollar an hour.

      Cons

      Completely disorganized. I worked there for many years as Kinkos, then fedex came in and bought them. RUINED the company. I shopped there the other day, which I haven't done in years. The person opening the store was late. I was in a huge hurry. Looks like nothing has changed. I would seek employment somewhere else.

      Pros

      FedEx Office is up front with its expectations and policies. There is potential for advancement if you work hard enough to improve the store and show that every effort has been made. Management makes an effort to accommodate requests for assistance and makes themselves available. It's very easy if you read the provided materials; there is a policy or procedure for everything.

      Cons

      It's a corporate retail position; if someone calls out, it's on you to get coverage and staff isn't always so willing to obtain overtime. Life is work if you let it take over. The goals for quarterly bonuses can be difficult to obtain since they are not entirely based on your store's performance. If there are any uncontrollable expenses for your store that push you over budget, your bonus will suffer regardless of if you could prevent it or not.

      Pretty good pay for what you do.

      Cons

      Company always shifts its focus and this tends to confuse and frustrate team member. Management does not support team members. Someone could spit in your face and they will say that you shouldn't have walked into it.
