Sometimes flexible with college schedules depending on the manager. Depending on the center manager you get they may be able to help you reach your goals.

Cons

They expect you to give everything you have and take a lot of abuse from customers but won't back you up often and won't compensate you for everything you do. Things are constantly changing and your constantly getting more and more to do with no rewards

Pros

- Great place for employment. Constantly learning and pushing you to be a better all around customer/guest guru for their services and products. - Amazing work environment with the latest in technology to help you meet any request(within our limits) the customer/guest may have. - Co-workers are top notch and are always willing with a smile in their voice to show you how to do something that your learning or reiterating. - Unbeatable work experience. Because you wear so many hats while working at FedEx Office that after employment there are a lot of options in which field you choose to pursue. Logistics, Office worker, CSR, package handler, dispatch, inventory/stocking, data entry, management, leadership, photo printer/framer, organizer... etc - Hiring from within was great because you can truly advance at your pace in the company.

Cons

Second chances is an area that could use a little doctoring especially if the former worker was a good employee, gave at least a two week notice, and fit well within their system.

Great name and brand. FedEx Office is by far the leading expert in the print industry, with unlatch technology. Great benefits.

Cons

Leadership is old school. Management and corporate executives stuck in the 90's. Leadership makes extreme demands and has an unrealistic vision of the future. The print industry will always be around, however leadership refuses to adjust their business and marketing strategies.
