Pros

I do receive a paycheck on a regular basis, however small it may be... Free adobe suite and MS Office. 401K matching up to 5%

Cons

Everything about this place is terrible. You are forced to upsell overpriced useless crap (POM- product of the month) to EVERY customer or you get in trouble. They keep increasing workload and sales goals while decreasing payroll and support staffing. Everything is overpriced compared to the competitors leading to angry customers. You are forced to be a “sleazy salesman” and upgrade customers to print in color and on upgraded paper without asking to increase the price on an already overpriced print project. You are forced to tell customers that their package will not make it through the shipping process and repack the items at an additional cost on top of already ridiculous shipping costs. If a coworker quits they will not replace them adding even more work to an already overworked employee. “Tenured” employees get to sit on their ass and do nothing while the few hard workers are forced to pick up even more slack. Management at the center level is never actually in the center. Mid management at the corporate level do nothing but send out emails making sure your upselling your “poms” and forcing customer to pay to have their items re-packed(pack and ship). Corporate rolls out new policies every week, and then 95% of said policies are cancelled without notice, so by the end of a 3 month cycle you have 18 different procedures on how to fill out simple paperwork but nobody really knows which one is right. They “promote from within” only because they can limit your pay increase on promotions regardless of increase in workload/responsibility/cost of living (if moving to a more expensive area). They just increased the cost of healthcare and lowered the actual benefits provided.

Pros

Large company with great opportunities for growth. No layoffs. Outstanding leadership and excellent benefits. The company is here to stay and always reinventing itself due to the work of great leaders.

Cons

Salary for management positions are not up to par wit h the work requested. In order to prevent layoffs, the pay usually gets cut and the work distributed upon lower management. Company trying to cut costs at every corner in order to stay profitable.
