      Pros

      Great benefits Easy job if adequately staffed Decent pay for job duties Easy advancement Difficult to get fired Advancement is based solely on your willingness to advance

      Cons

      Some locations have poor management Some workers are incompetent/lazy and aren't fired or written up Some metrics are unrealistic based on stores actual numbers (can be achieved with the right people but hiring is based on individual managers)

      Pros

      There barely are any besides the fact that you get an hour break. And that you also meet a lot of new people.

      Cons

      Completely underpaid. The amount of work and projects you have to do for the horrific rate of pay is sad. The only people who get to enjoy the fruits of your labor are center managers. The training is no good. You're constantly overworked.
