      - Build great team relations - Good for entry level experience

      Cons

      - Severely understaffed every day - Have to deal with rude, annoying, and incompetent customers daily - Extremely low pay for the amount of work you have to complete - No work/ life balance because team members always calling out - Lack of training/ must learn on the job - Constant demands/changes from corporate - No raises - Very stressful job

      Company has no retail vision, hamstrings leaders at the store level to make decisions to effect their business, and seemingly only opens its doors to provide another shipping vehicle for the only part of their business that they focus on.

      -"okay" pay - full benifits (vacation, 401k, medical, dental, vision, etc.) even for part-timers - opportunity to learn new skills & software - employee discounts on printing & shipping

      Cons

      - opportunity for advancement has been greatly reduced - bonus structure for non-management staff was disbanded - pay scale restructured and reduced - staffing vs workload poorly managed (too much to do, not enough people to get it done) - EXTREMELY HIGH STRESS ENVIRONMENT - the "Company" is always prioritized over the needs of the employee or customer
