      Learned a lot about the printing and shipping business, as well as production.

      Pros

      They offer great benefits and the rate you can get promoted within is very quick if you possess skills already, especially with production and management.

      Cons

      You will only be able to make a decent amount by promotion only. Otherwise the pay is just okay and they really start you off at the lowest tier.

      Flexible scheduling during the school year.

      Cons

      Low pay. Low pay. Low pay! Lack of advancement opportunities - however this was limited by the nature of the business and the economy. FedEx Office is not expanding this part of the business it seems.

      Large center teams Challenging work - diversity of tasks, continual learning Room for growth for team members who want to be managers as there are many vacancies

      Cons

      Senior Management does not know how to hold team members accountable Unrealistic expectations for performance Work day ranges from 12- 14 hours to complete "management expectations" HR incompetent and lack of field experience Terrible pay for hourly team members. Embarassing as a manager to know how poorly paid the team is. Little opportunity to make monthly bonuses. Too much busy work.
