Pros
Unfortunately, most of the best reasons to work at FedEx Office are in the past. I worked with so many great people in my decade plus there-- very few remain, due to gross incompetence of the majority of management in the company.
Cons
The stress level is almost immeasurable. I consistently made less every year while my workload increased and support vanished. There is a constant threat on your job, based on business environmentals that no one can control.
