Gossip and fear mongering at all levels--constant "watch your back" mentality. Unprofessional management--sharing confidential employee information with subordinates. Constant fire drills for reports with no accurate data to support. Warfare between sales and operations-"them v. us" Frequent turnover in both operations and sales leads to poor quality output, poor communications and low credibility with customers. Too many managers over too few people, lots of hierarchy and jockeying for position. Obsolete technology provided to sales. Embarrassing really for a "bleeding edge leader". FedEx Office resembles FedEx Corporation in name only--the orphan of the parent company.

Team members are not all on the same level technically. We are a highly digital company. some team members can not send a simple email or attach a file.
