Pros

FedEx Office is a great place to work! Great 401k program, and all the benefits you expect.

Cons

FedEx Office is NOT your Kinko's any more. The same values that were there when it was Kinko's have disappeared along with the signs.

Pros

FedEx office offers flexible scheduling and pretty good pay for college students. There is plenty of opportunity for advancement after graduation.

Cons

This may be dependant on individuals, but the downside of working at Fedx office was the tolerance of nonsense in the workplace simply because a person had tenure or senority. If an individual had been working at the company for a long time, management was more likely to let their bad attitudes and other nonsense slide.

Pros

The pay was ok and most times I was able to get off for sick kids.

Cons

High stress, management was fresh out of school and a joke. If a customers complained, we would basiclly give them the job for free, even if it was a minor mess up. Management would seldom help out with customers, they beleived their job was sitting behind a desk. Males were promoted to corporate much more often then females.
