      Flexibility, Location and Nice Team to work with. Easy Transfers

      Cons

      My Stress levels are though the roof when poor scheduling is done. Also the pay is not great. Raises are minimal and should yout get an higher raise the DM will give an excuse for your CM to change that review so I get a lower raise. High Turnaround for employees

      Uneducated managers with no experience. They rather to have low profile employees than a smart motivated team member that can really makes a difference.
