      Shadow of its former self, but still a decent company.

      Pros

      The work is interesting; you'll end up doing a lot of different things in any given day. While nowhere near what it was during the old Kinko's days, there is still bonus compensation tied to store performance which is nice. Learn about new technology to a certain extent.

      Cons

      Sometimes hours are unavailable or cut according to budget. The company is in a time of cutbacks, so things are being winnowed down in the interest of savings. The company is probably going to be completely different five to ten years from now.

      payroll budget keeps shrinking but workload is trippled per employee

      Pros

      friendly atmosphere, pleasant customers. I enjoy the type of work I am doing. It is challenging and keeps me striving to improve myself

      Cons

      employees are asked to do three times as much as when I was first hired, team has shrunk by at least two thirds. It is difficult to get done what they ask when there is no help

      The People in PSP has lost it's priority

      Pros

      Company loyalty proven during the worst of the recession in maintaining workforce in the field. Benefits are good (Med plan and 401k) Salaries are industry standard.

      Cons

      It has been said over and over. Center Managers are tasked with too many metrics that are designed to protect the company from their worst managers. This does not positively contribute to the sales motivation the company is trying to obtain from all team members, particularly the majority of center managers who are giving their all for the company. It is commendable to strive for excellence with holding people accountable. The best of companies, such as the top 10 on the Fortune 100 list, seem to obtain better results by developing metrics that motivate people to want to be accountable.
