Pros

The opportunity to develop your professional and sales skills. However, after you have some skill sets under your belt- move on! Other companies have better working environments and more competitive pay. Benefits are good.

Cons

Horrible "work-life" balance with very little reward for your efforts. There are two different worlds between management and team members. Your not "in the club" until your a manager or in another professional position.

Pros

Flexible hours at 24 hour locations, also flexible on location and moving around U.S.

Cons

Not very flexible in individual centers with time schedules. They get set in stone. Centers have recently become under staffed, and the work is very exhausitng and mundane.

Benefits, ability to transfer, you are typically not micromanaged.

Cons

Senior executives don't have a clue what goes on in the field. They do not listen to needs of the field and the task saturation is overwhelming. Too many balls to juggle and not enough arms. There are two many metrics being looked at and ones you are being held accountable to.
