Pros

The schedule can be really flexible as long as you can work it out with your manager. This job is mostly for people who is current attending a college who needs to make ends meet.

Cons

Not a lot of room to move up, and salary isn't good for the amount of work involved. This is a not a job that you would want to spend too much time on. Once you transit to the next step in life, time to move on to something better.

Pros

Access to many useful programs and tools. Shipping discount is nice. Paid holidays.

Cons

Horrible business model. No focus on employees, only profit. We're just a number, and we all feel like it. Expensive benefits. Crap for pay with eliminated rasies and bonuses (unless you reach unattainable sales goals.) No relevant training for new team members. Terrible upper-level management, starting in center and working up. Miserable work environment.

Sr Management foes not know how to run a sales forces, no true business partnership with parent company. Sales Managers manage process not people
