Pros

Most employees are treated fairly (dependent upon a particular manager, however). Career opportunities are abundant as turnover and movement within the company occurs with regularity. FedEx Office has adopted a new focus on training and development and recently adopted increases to manager salaries and team member wages. On a day-to-day basis (if you are in the field), your days will not be too redundant.

Cons

Senior leadership is a revolving door as are shifting strategies and competing. The customers can be very demanding as the environment requires a constant sense of urgency, not to mention that there can be an overwhelming amount of information for a customer.

Pros

Good people to work with, great team work, great flexibility, work-life balance. FedEx Kinko's has people that want to make a difference.

Cons

Often takes time to get things accomplished. Some decisions aren't fully thought out, quick fix mentality. Communication is often an issue. Sometimes it takes awhile to get the right people involved.
