Pros

Ok pay compared to other entry level customer service jobs, no experience needed.

Cons

Bad company culture. Terrible onboarding as everyone is underpaid and overworked due to few employees.

Pros

Team goal oriented and positive

Cons

Low and uncompetitive salaries. Company requires store managers to work 6 days a week Thanksgiving through Christmas. This is devastating when you have children with no weekend childcare or would just simply like to spend any time with your family during the holidays

Pros

Company actually trys to train employees. Goals are clear Benefits are industry standard

Cons

Training should be a year long process. It takes at least 18 months or more to be fully functional. While the goals are clear, they are basically unobtainable. Upper management doesn’t really understand economic trends for the districts. It’s great that your benefits package includes two weeks vacation or more, but it’s close to impossible to find coverage for even a single day.
