      Pros

      Great staff if you are in the right market. Your team is definitely your second family. Salary is above average, but there are many opportunities to move around and be promoted as long as you show the initiative.

      Cons

      Retail Hours so work life balance is definitely a challenge.

      I enjoyed working at FedEx Office, I was had lots of fun meeting new people on a daily basis. I mainly worked in the shipping department although the location also did office jobs.

      Cons

      I left FedEx office because of the imbalance between the male ad females worker. I felt like the males got recognized more than the females did. I felt like I was belittled by the other co-workers who had been there for many more years than I did, which didn't allow me to grow in the company. When I complained to HR, i flt like HR was more on the side of the other employees, instead of hearing out my concerns. It's a shame didn't pay enough attention to employees concerns, because I loved working there & my performance showed it.
