Long hours esp if your working a 24 center. Expectations are high with what they expect you to do in every customer interaction. The store is so busy it’s almost impossible to do everything like selling all the products and services to each customer when you have a line of 20. They have too many mystery shops and again it is hard to connect with every person when the store is very busy and understaffed! No work life balance! The centers are always open even on holidays!

Hardware and software issues are too prevalent and being understaffed is normal, so the environment is stressful by nature. Merit increases are minimal even for those who have performed exceptionally. The only way to earn a legitimate raise is to get promoted. The old-style work culture can be more numbers driven than it is people oriented. It is a company that can burn people out.
