      Steady work and that's about it

      Cons

      Possibility of working 7 days a week for months with no off time except if you use vacation, if you get hurt they blame it on you, not the equipment that is 15+ years old, HR doesn't care about you and they act like you are a bother to them. Overall don't do it.

      Great experience. Lots of hands-on learning - wasn't just a pencil pusher. Worked ina lot of programs and learned a lot- EXCELLENT experience.

      Cons

      Sometimes there was nothing to do to make the 40 hours, so we just sat around.
