      Pros

      Great group of people to work with a family environment. Everyone had one goal which was to get whatever task that was at hand done.

      Cons

      The only con was basically that it was a packaging warehouse which was extremely hot during the summer and had elderly and female employees that need a better working environment in order to be more productive.

      Has decent pay for the area. Ok health insurance and 401k. It's a paycheck that pays the bills. Set work hours.

      Cons

      Your treated like a number and not a human. Advancement is next to impossible. Communication is almost nonexistent. Air quality is poor. No incentives.
