      Very good insurance pay is well. Has other good amenities. THey allow you to advance within the company if you desire to work at it.

      Cons

      Lack of communication. Management think they own the place. Gainsharing and bonuses is poor

      Pros

      The work is not hard. The pay scale for the area is average. The laborers who actually work out on the floor are great to get along with, it really is like one big family.

      Cons

      Management seems to think they know all of the answers without asking for input from the employees on the floor doing the work. If they would ask for suggestions and really pay attention to what is said it could be a better place to work. You are on your feet all day on a concrete floor.
