      The new CEO (Rainer Jueckstock) is giving business units more freedom to direct themselves. There are opportunities for advancement within the company. The company offers industry standard benefits.

      Cons

      The company is driven by shareholder value and as a result make sort term decisions that may not be in the best long term outcome. The company is an automotive company and is greatly effected by the market conditions.

      Steady work and that's about it

      Cons

      Possibility of working 7 days a week for months with no off time except if you use vacation, if you get hurt they blame it on you, not the equipment that is 15+ years old, HR doesn't care about you and they act like you are a bother to them. Overall don't do it.
