      Pros

      Great experience. Lots of hands-on learning - wasn't just a pencil pusher. Worked ina lot of programs and learned a lot- EXCELLENT experience.

      Cons

      Sometimes there was nothing to do to make the 40 hours, so we just sat around.

      Good pay, good people from different backgrounds. Being a global company can make things interesting and exciting.

      Cons

      Bad culture that starts at the top. Nobody believes in the core values. Bad behavior by management is tolerated as long as money is made
