      A lot of opportunity for growth The industry began to consolidate very recently, so there is a lot of project opportunities on the marketting side No "always connected" culture. When you leave, you leave. Those above you will actually listen and consider your project proposals

      Cons

      Health insurance leaves much to be desired. Sitcom jabs at corporate workplaces now hits too close to home. Cubicle life, unless you're in upper management, IT or Digital Media.
