Some of the managers from the middle level management are exceptionally as they have experience in both Honeywell and Federal Mogul.

Cons

Not all the managers are even remotely close to a leader. Pro activity is a must in this company

Good innovative ans quality diversified products range, now F-M and Tenneco technology will be very effective.

Cons

Highly subjective top management in India. All kind of compromises against F-M values. Lack basic etiquette and ethical approach. F-M culture and values are left far behind by this current management
