Pros
Holiday shut downs and flexi time
Cons
No work and home life balance, constant calling. You are just a number and they don't care about you. If you are sick more than 3 times a year you will lose your job, untrained people, they make you pay for training then don't give you anything for it just £9k debt. Constantly changing your shifts, make you do nights when not contracted to them, no Rota or stability, terrible work standards. Contracted hand foot and mouth from poor hygiene standards, most engineers, production line have no training so the qualified ones pick up the pieces. Terrible management. They don't allow you to have a personal life, work always has to come first, no overtime or chances for career progression. Management don't listen to or care about problems. Employees and management will call you outside or work e.g. 6am, 10pm to give advice on how to fix machines because they have no idea or because they can't find a tool. Constant calling and don't listen when you tell them not to call you. If family member is sick or rushed to hospital and you need to leave they make a big deal and issue out of it.
