Pros
Good co-workers, good projects at times.
Cons
The business people have severe ADD and are constantly changing direction, changing their minds, etc. This is definitely a case of the left hand does not know what the right hand is doing This company spends money like it is water on useless crap and then lays off employees to compensate for the budget problems they have created. Changes in upper management happen at some level at least every 6 months. New CEO every year or more often Lot s of people disappearing on a regular basis with no explanation (i.e. lots of layoffs) Owned by Icahn which adds an additional level of complexity. This was probably a good company at one time.
