      Great work atmosphere, a lot of learning opportunities, and good location near Cologne Germany. Both English and German are spoken.

      Cons

      The data archiving systems should be updated, and some best practices need to be adopted. More organization needed at the production sites

      The pay is good, and work isn't stressful. Colleagues maintain a good relationship with each others. You have opportunities for oversea training or conference.

      Cons

      Low communication among different department. a little bit complicated with the company administration. Problems with local factories.
