      Pros

      Great people, interesting job, really enjoyed traveling to customer's business. Company Car & Gas card. Solving customer's problems and presenting Federal Mogul products was really a fun job.

      Cons

      Company smaller than you would think. Control really boils down to one man who holds a majority of Federal Mogul stock. They hire often but lay off just as often for no apparent reason.

      Company 401k match vests immediately. They match 100% of your first 3% and 50% on everything thereafter up to 5%

      Cons

      Extremely high turnover rate at all levels. Poor management. No clear direction for the company or teams, likely due to inconsistent leadership because of the high turnover. Management doesn't seem like they truly appreciate employees, just doing the bare minimum and labeling it "employee appreciation".
